Zylo publishes no price on its own website, but it does publish one on AWS Marketplace. zylo.com/pricing lists three editions, Core, Premium and Enterprise, and puts a "Request a Quote" button where the numbers would be. The Zylo SaaS Management Platform listing on AWS Marketplace (listing ID prodview-amjjpn3byw55c, sold by Zylo, Inc.) prices the platform at $50,000 for a twelve-month contract, with the note "Supporting enterprises globally, please contact for private offer" and a refund policy that makes every order non-cancellable. That is the only first-party Zylo price in public, and it is the anchor any Zylo quote is negotiated from.

It also sits well above what most pages that rank for Zylo pricing tell you. Vendr's marketplace page reports a median of $36,000 a year, with a range of $15,800 to $69,200. Spendflo's pricing guide quotes $35,000 to $45,000 a year "just for platform access". Both are third-party figures built from deals their users saw, not Zylo's rate card. Vendr's page also says Zylo does not publicly disclose tier names, which is no longer true: the three editions are on zylo.com. Where a figure below comes from a third party rather than the vendor, this page says so.

How much does Zylo cost?

On its public AWS Marketplace offer, Zylo costs $50,000 a year. The listing is a contract with one priced dimension, called Zylo SaaS Management, at $50,000 for a twelve-month term (P12M) and quantity one, plus a usage dimension called "Overage contractual amount" priced at $0.01 per unit. That one-cent unit is a billing vehicle, not a rate: it lets Zylo invoice whatever overage your contract defines through Marketplace, in cents. The listing carries no one-month, two-year or three-year price, which means the public offer is a single annual commitment and anything else is a private offer.

The refund language is worth reading before anyone signs. It says, verbatim: "All orders are non-cancellable and all fees and other amounts that you pay are non-refundable. If you have purchased a multi-year subscription, you agree to pay the annual fees due for each year of the multi-year subscription term." In plain terms, a three-year Zylo deal is a three-year payment obligation, whether or not you still use the product in year two.

Zylo also sells professional services as a separate Marketplace listing, so implementation and onboarding are not assumed to be inside the $50,000. Ask for them to be quoted separately and in the same order form.

What do Zylo Core, Premium and Enterprise include?

Zylo's own pricing page is where the editions are defined, even though it carries no figures. Core is the base product. Premium is everything in Core plus several features that most mid-market buyers end up asking for. Enterprise adds structure for large, complex organizations.

EditionWhat zylo.com listsWho it is really for
Zylo CoreAI-Powered App Discovery, Continuous Spend Visibility, Usage Data Connections, Direct Integrations, Automated Alerts and Reports, App ComparisonsTeams that mainly need to find every SaaS app and see spend and usage in one place
Zylo PremiumEverything in Core, plus Portfolio and Pricing Benchmarks, Actions for Okta or Entra (IAM), ITSM Automations (Jira), Full (CRUD) API, Cost AllocationTeams that want to act on the data: remove licenses through the identity provider, open tickets, charge spend back to departments
Zylo EnterpriseEverything in Premium, plus Support for Multiple Business Units, Support for M&A, Sandbox Testing Environments, Premium Security FeaturesMulti-entity companies, acquirers, and security teams that need a test environment

Two items in that table decide the edition for most buyers. Cost allocation is in Premium, not Core, so a finance team that wants SaaS spend charged back to departments is buying Premium. And the benchmarks, the feature Zylo markets hardest, are also Premium. Zylo's listing describes its discovery engine as anchored by "the largest trained dataset in the industry (over $90B)" of SaaS spend. If those benchmarks are why you are buying, confirm in writing which edition your quote is for, because the $50,000 public offer does not say.

What does Zylo cost per employee?

Zylo does not publish a per-employee price, but the annual figure converts easily. At $50,000 a year, a 1,000-employee company pays $50 per employee per year, a 2,500-employee company pays $20, and a 5,000-employee company pays $10. Vendr's page says employee count is the main driver of a Zylo quote, which fits that curve: the public offer is a floor that makes sense for large companies and is hard to justify for small ones.

EmployeesZylo public offer, per yearPer employee, per yearPer employee, per month
500$50,000$100.00$8.33
1,000$50,000$50.00$4.17
2,500$50,000$20.00$1.67
5,000$50,000$10.00$0.83

A useful way to test the number is against the savings you expect. SaaS management platforms earn their fee by removing unused seats and duplicate apps at renewal. If your company spends $5 million a year on SaaS, the public offer is 1 percent of that spend, and recovering 5 percent in unused licenses would return five times the fee. If your SaaS spend is $800,000, the same fee is over 6 percent of it, and the math gets hard.

How does Zylo pricing compare to Productiv, Zluri and Torii?

The whole SaaS management category says "contact sales" on its own websites, and most of it publishes a real number on AWS Marketplace. We read the public offers for the four platforms buyers most often shortlist together.

PlatformAWS Marketplace public offerWhat the listing saysRefund terms
Zylo SaaS Management Platform$50,000 per 12 months"Supporting enterprises globally, please contact for private offer."Non-cancellable, non-refundable; multi-year means paying each annual fee
Productiv SaaS Intelligence Platform$30,000 per 12 months, $60,000 per 24, $90,000 per 36 (Core Platform)"For companies < 300 employees. Please contact us for a private offer." Plus a True Up dimension billed per contractNon-cancelable; fees non-refundable except as set out in the contract
Zluri (Identity Governance and SaaS management)$35,000 per 12 months (Base Plan)"Please contact [email protected] for Private Pricing"No policy stated on the listing
Torii$30,000 per 12 months (Core Platform)"The core Torii platform, please contact for private offer.""Based on contract"

Three things stand out. First, Zylo's public offer is the highest of the four, $15,000 to $20,000 a year above Zluri, Torii and Productiv. Second, Productiv's listing is the only one that states who the public price is for: companies under 300 employees, which means a larger Productiv deal starts above $30,000, not at it. Productiv's multi-year terms are also exact multiples of the annual price, so there is no discount for committing longer on the public card. Third, every one of these listings points you to a private offer, so treat the public figure as the opening position in a negotiation rather than the price you will pay. Vendr's reported median of $36,000 for Zylo suggests many buyers land below the $50,000 card.

For a wider look at the field, including tools that cover cloud infrastructure as well as SaaS, see the Zylo alternatives comparison and the SaaS spend management tools roundup.

Is Zylo worth it for a mid-size company?

It depends on how much SaaS you run and whether the buyer is IT or finance. Zylo is built for enterprises with hundreds of applications, a procurement team that runs renewals, and an identity provider it can act through. At that scale the $50,000 public offer is small against the spend it manages, and the benchmarks help in negotiations. Spendflo's guide puts the break-even at roughly 500 employees, which is a reasonable rule of thumb, though it is a competitor's number.

Below that, two costs work against it. The fee is a large share of the spend it watches, and the product covers only SaaS. Most mid-size companies' biggest variable technology bill is cloud infrastructure, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and Zylo does not read it. A finance lead who needs both halves of the technology bill on one screen is buying two tools if one of them is Zylo.

What is a cheaper alternative to Zylo?

The cheaper options split by what you give up. Torii and Productiv list public offers at $30,000 a year, and Zluri at $35,000, so each is $15,000 to $20,000 a year below Zylo's card for broadly similar discovery and license management, with different strengths: Productiv on feature-level usage, Zluri on access and identity governance, Torii on IT automation. Below that price band, the tools are narrower.

CostAnalyst takes a different shape. It connects your SaaS subscriptions and your AWS, Azure and Google Cloud billing read-only, shows unused seats, duplicate tools, upcoming renewals and cloud waste in dollars, and publishes its prices: $99, $299 and $799 a month on the Starter, Growth and Scale plans. You give up Zylo's enterprise benchmarks and identity-provider automation. You get SaaS and cloud spend in one view at a fraction of the cost, and you can see the plans without a sales call. If SaaS invoices are also the problem for your AP team, pairing that view with accounts payable automation keeps renewals and the bills that follow them from slipping through separately.

What should I ask Zylo before signing?

  1. Which edition is the quote for? Cost allocation, benchmarks, the Okta and Entra actions and the full API are Premium, not Core. The public $50,000 offer does not name an edition.
  2. What drives the price on our quote? Third parties say employee count is the main factor. Get the count and the band in writing, and ask what happens if headcount grows mid-term.
  3. What does the overage dimension cover? The public listing has an "Overage contractual amount" meter. Ask what triggers it and at what rate.
  4. Is implementation included? Professional services are a separate Zylo listing. Price them in the same order.
  5. What is the renewal cap? Third-party guides report annual escalations on renewal. Ask for a written cap before signing a multi-year term, because the refund policy means you pay every year of it.
  6. Can we buy through AWS Marketplace? If your company has an AWS spend commitment, a Marketplace private offer may count toward it. Ask Zylo and your AWS account team whether it qualifies.

The short version

Zylo's website shows three editions and no price. Its AWS Marketplace listing shows one: $50,000 for a twelve-month contract, non-cancellable and non-refundable, with private offers for everything else. That is $15,000 to $20,000 above the public offers from Productiv, Zluri and Torii, and above the $36,000 median Vendr reports, so there is room to negotiate. It makes sense for large companies with hundreds of SaaS apps and an IT-led renewal process. If you are a mid-size company that needs SaaS and cloud spend in one place, compare the Productiv alternatives and the SaaS license management software list before you commit.
